okiez. i'm starting to get really anxious. spelling bee is in 3 days and i've yet to finish learning all my spelling. God, show me the grace and grant me the strength!
the elimination of 4 for the top 4 to emerge would be on thurs, 3-5pm at conference room 2. really hoping to see my friends and members there to support me. can still rmb how henry and brandon applauded for me each time a word is spelt during semis that calms my nerves and encourages me, telling me that i can do it. The smiles from Ruth also somewhat had a calming effect on me.
friday night would be the night where the top 2 will emerge. and on sunday, during the grand finals, the top will emerge. i'm hoping and visualising myself to be up there on stage on sunday. it would mean so much in terms of the confidence and esteem boost. its really seldom that i actually win sth and to be able to stand in front of the thousands to do sth well do a lot to ur confidence. praying that i will be emerge this time and anyway, this is the last year that i can actually take part in spelling bee.
prayers are much needed in times like these..
