a few lessons that i have learnt about myself over the past few weeks...
1. i seriously need to learn to prioritise and do what is important first over what i want to.
some things can wait and just hold on wheras some matters demand a 'NOW' attention.
2. fatigue can really swing my mood and allows my thoughts to run wild.
a tired mind (not just idle) makes loads of room for the devil to operate.
usually cause we don't have the strength to put up anymore resistance.
that is why kk said to me to do everyone a favour - sleep.
3. you need to enjoy your work
much as i pay attention to details, i would hate to be desk-bound.
looking at the way i need to move around, it would really kill me to stay on the com all day long.
so am i gg to go for banking and finance or should i go for social work?
they say
enjoy your work and you will never have to work another day of your life.seriously, when you enjoy what you are doing, work becomes play.
isn't that just wonderful?
4. the more i do, the more i need to pray
there is just so much so much things that needs to be done.
brought to remembrance that the level of things i do shld be in proportion with my level of prayer before i can be effective.
sometimes, it is just human to compromise their qt because of the many things that they need to do.
but what is amazing is that everytime i have a quality qt, i will somehow have strength to accomplish all my tasks no matter how tired i was before qt.
God indeed superceeds laws of nature!
that should be it.
so many things have been happening and i think prayer helps me to cope with it.
and also, not forgetting a good bunch of friends (a bunch of good friends) - fots, kenn and more...
progress comes from taking time to reflect, refer and reform...
