a bit tired out of the hours of endless mugging and chionging. so now taking time off to blog.
the word that barry and pastor preached over the weekend really brough forth a change in me.
indeed faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word!
though i'm still a bit down here and there, i'll never stay down for too long. positive confessions will soon follow and there seems to be an inner energy that keeps me upbeat and going. the joy of the lord is my STRENGTH! and i'm loving it!
wasn't feeling too well the whole day. had tummyaches and a minor case of diarrhoea. and given the amount of work that i have to rush through the entire day, it is really CRAZY. and considering that i still got to get to work. but thank God by the time i got back to school, i'm more or less so okay and could hit on my books!
felt really blessed when i met friends from the NTU ministry, was really surprised that they called to tell me they left a slice of cake for me from Jeremy's birthday celebration. and in which, we have Jeremy, the brown nose reindeer. super funny. should really go get the photo from esther. anyway, studied with them in lee wee nam for a while before heading back to hall.

and daddy came over today to pass me allowance for ting and me. and after he left, he called me and did a turn back to pass me a pack of food, and we have this....
a picture speaks LOUDER and CLEARER than a thousand words isn't it? really missed daddy's roasted duck and had wanted to go down during the week before to eat. God answers not just what we say but what we think too! felt really loved when i got back into hall and opened it up to see a drumstick.
got reminded and shared with yiwen that how when i was younger, we rarely asked for the drumstick for dinner whenever we are down helping daddy weekly. simply because it was the part that was worth the most and we wanted daddy to earn as much as he can.
i kinda only expected to have like duck but to think i even got the best part. felt a warmth in my heart and really loved and happy. oh. and before daddy left, i asked him if i could give him a hug!
i'm glad that i had the courage to ask and gave daddy the HUG! i really thank God for bringing daddy and me closer.
