just got back from the supposed girls' night out at adm hill. but anyway, it was pretty cool to have Chris, an exchange student from New Zealand to join us. we got a whole lot of people there after, making it 10 of us.
with all kinds of tea - lemon, green, peach and mango, and fruits, alongside chocolate, we had a chocolatey time on top of adm. not forgetting the dozens of stars and satellites that we could see. the night was sprinkled with loads of laughter and wholesome fun. talked, played and had sabos. not forgetting a gues performance by jeremy, who wrote his whole song. haha. the people were literary mesmerized and 'stuck on you'. sure looking forward to him completing the song and hear him sing the whole song.
learnt a lot today, including how different things are over in new zealand. compare the size of queenstown here and there, it really is a whole world of difference. talk about fresh milk that expires only a month later, which is never the case over in new zealand. and one of our favourite delicacy abalone is never yellow and in cans. they get it fresh from the sea, black in colour with blue shimmery shells. and they even make fritters out of it. astounding! i do look forward to the day where i can travel and backpack around the world. i like the diversity of cultures we have all around and to be able to learn something new each day never fail to awe me.
even with rocks, solid fuel and a pot, a storm of fun and friendships could be whipped up. do look forward to stronger friendships being forged and more girl times ahead!
woman are so wonderfully complex...
